We're looking for someone with: • A strong commitment to health and safety, with a safety-first attitude that guides everything you do • Previous experience in spraying crops is preferred, but not essential – we're willing to train the right candidate • Flexibility to work varied hours, especially around spraying schedules and maintenance tasks • A Grow Safe certificate would be a definite advantage • Mechanical prowess and the ability to operate and maintain a wide range of machinery and tools • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders We value attitude and potential as much as experience.
