Enjoy a laugh and get on well with a team Brix Group is on the look out for an experienced orchard construction and fencing hand. We have a crew of 6 young energetic guys and are looking for some additional help due to winter workload. This contract will be a fixed term position through to December 2026, with the potential to stay on in a full time roll for high performing successful applicants. Your skills will include -1 year/season experience in horticulture/rural or building trades - you will have basic hand tools and battery tools, all specialist tools will be provided. - experience in artificial shelter construction is a plus but not mandatory. - ability to drive horticultural tractors personal traits - enjoy a laugh and can get on well with a team - not afraid to get your hands dirty - can follow instructions and have safety front of mind - punctuality is of top priority Visa conditions and rights to work - English will be your first language - You will be a NZ Citizen or resident visa holder. WHV, SSE or student visas are not eligible.
