We are a busy pre-hung door manufacturing company looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. What You'll Be Doing: * Preparing timber door jambs * Operating CNC machinery * Assembling doors to jambs * Final assembly of door frames and jambs, including cutting, mitring, and screwing components together * Manufacturing cavity sliders, wardrobe sliders, bifold doors, and other door systems * Loading and unloading trucks (both manually and with a forklift) * General factory housekeeping and maintaining a safe, tidy workspace What We're Looking For: * A strong work ethic and positive attitude * Ability to work well as part of a team * Physically fit and capable of manual handling * Experience in manufacturing, factory work, carpentry, or joinery is an advantage but not essential * Forklift license preferred, but we are happy to provide training for the right person Hours: * Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm * Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm What We Offer: * Permanent full-time employment * Early finish every Friday * On-the-job training and development opportunities * Forklift training available for the right candidate * Supportive team environment * Long-term career opportunity with a growing business If you're dependable, enjoy practical work, and are looking for a secure long-term position, we'd love to hear from you.
