Supportive team environment and opportunities to develop skills PERSOL is proud to be partnering with Programmed Facility Management to recruit an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join their busy and supportive Trades team in Henderson. This is a hands-on maintenance role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across a range of customer sites. No two days are the same - from repairing fences and decks to fitting doors, completing minor renovations, carrying out reactive maintenance, and everything in between. We're looking for a practical, solutions-focused tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. **About the Role** Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll work across a variety of maintenance and building projects, providing expert carpentry support and helping to resolve a broad range of building-related issues. Your day-to-day work may include: * General building maintenance and repairs * Deck and fence construction and repairs * Door repairs and installation * Framing and fit-out carpentry * Gyprock installation and patching * Minor tiling, paving, and concreting works * Joinery installation * Site establishment and demolition works * Working safely and efficiently across multiple sites * Providing guidance and support to other team members when required **What We're Looking For** * LBP qualification or significant relevant carpentry experience * Full driver's licence * Strong maintenance and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage your workload * Good communication and customer service skills * Basic computer literacy for completing job records and documentation **Desirable Qualifications** * Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket * Working at Heights training * First Aid Certificate **Why Join Programmed?** At Programmed, safety comes first.
