We are seeking a proactive and organised OPEX Supervisor to join our Christchurch Maintenance team. This full-time role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of road maintenance operations, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate road maintenance crews and resources. * Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Foster strong relationships with crew, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Support staff training, development, and performance management. * Adapt to changing site conditions and perform other duties as required. Requirements * Appropriate licences (WTR, Class 1–4). * Minimum 5 years’ road maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of QA, health & safety, and environmental procedures. * Experience with RAMM (Road Assessment and Maintenance Management) system. * Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
