About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting We’ve got an exciting Finance Analyst full-time permanent role for a person with 3-5 years relevant work experience post-graduation just for you. In this position, you will provide a key support role in understanding and improving overall financial performance in the business units, making a real impact and be part of the Omexom NZ financial team supporting the operational business units
The successful candidate will work on key responsibilities like:
• Implementing and improving management accounting reporting to the Business units.
• Implementing and improving methods to mitigate commercial and/or financial risk.
• Implementing and improving and auditing internal business processes and procedures.
• Supporting business unit’s in administering projects/service contracts according to Omexom NZ financial requirements.
• Undertaking training and mentoring of perimeter staff in financial analytics and Omexom NZ financial requirements.
• Contributing to the maintenance of strong and enduring client and service provider relationships.
• Liaising with internal and external parties in a professional manor.
• Involved with QSE plans and contributing to the continuous improvement of QSE practices
• Implementing and improving financial methods and procedures to reduce and manage risk and to add value to the business.
Qualifications and Skills
• Degree or equivalent qualification in accountancy or finance along with 3-5 years relevant post degree experience in management accounting.
