We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our senior leadership team and take responsibility for the business's full financial and commercial performance. This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence — ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations and partnering with sales and manufacturing to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis • Product costing, pricing support, and profitability analysis • Capital investment analysis and business cases • Customer rebates, commercial agreements, and margin management • Banking relationships and FX transaction management • Payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and office administration leadership You will be CA/CPA qualified, with strong commercial instincts and experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar operational environments.
