Our farming division plays a critical role in delivering premium products while supporting sustainable practices across the value chain. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Shepherd General to join our team at Tapere Station, an 870ha sheep and beef breeding property located in Wharekōpae, approximately 60 minutes west of Gisborne. Key Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shepherding role * A capable and reliable team of working dogs * Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively * A positive attitude and willingness to engage across all aspects of the farming operation * A solid understanding of and commitment to health and safety practices What We Offer: * Accommodation provided, a three bedroom farm house. * This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop their farming knowledge and skill set within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
