This is a hands-on, independent role perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, operating machinery, and taking control of their own schedule. About the Role: As the Hedge Cutter Operator, you’ll be responsible for: * Operating a hedge cutting machine (similar size to a mid-sized excavator) * Managing your own schedule and booking jobs efficiently * Liaising directly with clients on-site and via phone * Safely towing a ute/trailer behind the hedge cutter, on country roads You’ll be trusted to work independently, problem-solve on the go, and represent the business professionally.
