That means our clients receive practical, honest advice from someone who truly understands renovations and can identify opportunities, challenges, and solutions on the spot. We’re looking for a qualified builder with strong renovation experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career and become part of our leadership team. This role could suit someone based in either the Kāpiti Coast or wider Wellington region. About the Role This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to step off the tools while still using their trade knowledge every day in a meaningful way. You’ll work closely with homeowners, our architectural design partners, and project team to scope, plan, and price renovation projects, helping set every build up for success before construction begins. You don’t need to have years of estimating experience to apply. If you’ve got strong renovation knowledge, good people skills, and the right attitude, we’ll provide support and training to help you grow into the role with confidence.
