




We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected, high-end residential construction company based in Dunedin. Known for delivering exceptional quality homes and iconic light commercial projects this company has built a strong reputation through craftsmanship, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. About the Role: This is a varied and hands-on Quantity Surveying role that combines estimating, pre-construction, and full project QS responsibilities. You will be involved from the early pricing stages through to project completion, playing a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and project success. A significant part of the role involves front-end, pre-construction pricing, where you will work closely with clients and designers to develop detailed and realistic costings. From there, you will maintain full QS oversight throughout the lifecycle of each project.
