About the RoleThis position would suit a Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is confident working independently, shows initiative, and is eager to continue developing their technical and commercial skills. You'll work across a variety of residential and commercial projects, preparing estimates and pricing work before reviewing and refining your submissions alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain mentorship and support while still being trusted to take ownership of your work. Key Responsibilities - Prepare quotations, estimates, and tender submissions - Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing - Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement - Support project cost control and budget management - Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and the wider construction team - Maintain project documentation and reporting - Contribute to the successful delivery of projects from tender through to completion We're looking for someone who is motivated, takes initiative, and enjoys finding solutions rather than waiting for direction.
