Key responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions. - Integrate and support enterprise platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. - Provide second and third-level technical support and resolve incidents within service levels. - Improve reliability and efficiency through documentation, automation, and Agile delivery. **Ō pūmanawa - About you** You will be an experienced technical specialist with strong systems administration capability, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach. You will bring proven experience across enterprise platforms and support the delivery of secure, reliable, and well-managed services that meet the University’s needs.
