Improve reliability and efficiency through documentation and automation. - Have you got experience implementing and supporting on-premises and hybrid systems? - Are you an experienced technical specialist with strong systems administration capability? - Can you work effectively with technical/non-technical stakeholders in a complex environment? **Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role** Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Mātanga Hangarau - Technical Specialist to join the Systems team in Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions on a permanent, full-time basis. Key responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions. - Integrate and support enterprise platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. - Provide second and third-level technical support and resolve incidents within service levels. - Improve reliability and efficiency through documentation, automation, and Agile delivery. **Ō pūmanawa - About you** You will be an experienced technical specialist with strong systems administration capability, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach. You will bring proven experience across enterprise platforms and support the delivery of secure, reliable, and well-managed services that meet the University’s needs.
