About the Role: The Maintenance Manager will lead and support our maintenance team. The primary focus is to deliver reliable and efficient services for the three waters sector. This role will involve coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability. You will drive preventive maintenance programs, support and develop your team, and position the business for growth into wider industrial maintenance opportunities as demand and capability expand. About you: * New Zealand Registered Electrician (essential). * Water industry experience is preferred but not essential. * Proven leadership and team management experience. * Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance. * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
