If you’re ready to learn and step up, Keece NZ could be the place for you. About the role: Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an electrical estimator to our NZ team. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will work with a close-knit team providing exception service to our valued client base from our office in Hillcrest. Responsibilities will include: - Attend site inspections - Review of project documentation - Preparation of competitive tenders & bids - Participate in client discussions & negotiations - Develop project schedules and budgets - Preparation of handover documentation to project team What we Offer - A competitive salary package commensurate with experience will be negotiated - Ongoing work with a strong project pipeline and loyal client base - Quarterly team catchups - A genuinely collaborative, diverse, and supportive crew - Ongoing training supported - Opportunities to progress further in leadership What you need: - You will ideally have experience working in a similar role - Electrical and/or communications trade qualifications will be advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential - Experience and understanding of electronic communication systems such as Microsoft Teams - Ability to work independently and in a team environment is a must - Experience in SimPRO, Groundplan, or Bluebeam will be highly regarded, or the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology.
