This role involves overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will play a key part in managing operations, supporting project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate a team delivering infrastructure and electrical projects. * Oversee traffic signal systems and mechanical components, ensuring operational integrity. * Plan and manage work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects. * Provide technical support and guidance to team members. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships. * Prepare and review reports, documentation, and quality checks. What We're Looking For: * Proven supervisory experience in electrical, traffic signals, or mechanical systems. * NZQA Level 4 Electrical Engineering and EWRB. * Strong understanding of ITS, traffic signal systems, or mechanical installation. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Commitment to health and safety practices. * Full NZ driving licence.
