Summary: TDM Electrical seeks a Site Foreman Electrician with supervisory experience in commercial/industrial new builds to lead project delivery, manage teams, and ensure timely installations across New Zealand. Join a great team culture with strong management support TDM Electrical are a NZ Commercial / Industrial electrical contractor and require an additional Site Foreman Electrician for project delivery and installation work across various upcoming projects throughout New Zealand. Applicants will need to have: *NZ Citizenship • Supervisory or Leading Hand experience and proof of this in a similar role *Experience in Commercial and or Industrial new build environments • Able to interpret drawings and specifications and have an eye for detail • Ability to plan ahead for procurement of materials and work with internal procurement systems and teams • Able to work without direct supervision, manage a team of varied skill sets and personalities, mentoring apprentices • Demonstrate ability to liase with key accounts and maintain professionalism • Experienced working with others • Able to meet project timelines and milestones - Flexible to work weekends or longer hours when required • EWRB registration • Site Safe • MEWP & NZ Car License • Self motivated positive attitude We offer : • A competitive pay rate • Great team culture • Birthday paid day off • Uniform, PPE • A great working environment • Support from Management Note: This is not an entry level position.
