Contribute to product and solution improvements * Immediate start * $40ph - $50ph (depending on experience * Must have 2+ years solar experience **Tō kamupene hou | Your new company** We have a temporary opportunity for a Junior Delivery Engineer specialising in Solar Photovoltic projects to join a leading provider in information and communications technology infrastructure in Auckland. **Tō tūranga hou | Your new role** * Support the internal team for preparation of service product quotation for BESS projects. * Responsible for PV & BESS project delivery, which includes supervisory, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and training; Travel to the site for provision of support might be required when needed. * Responsible for handling technical cases on the internal ticket system and keeping track of these problems during the whole resolution process. * Organise regular meetings with clients Site Manager or Asset Manager for performance review and feedback. * Regularly provide service induction and O&M training, seminars and presentations to EPC and service partners. * Support sales team and key account team to build and maintain commercial relationships with clients. * Providing required inputs to R&D and discuss to workout solutions for troubleshooting. * Summarise and provide feedback to product management team for products and solution improvements. **Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed** * 2+ years in the solar industry * Knowledge of electrical & electronic, and solar inverter applications * Working Knowledge of AS3000, 5033, 4777, 5139 and any related national standards are preferred * Must have full working rights in NZ * Should be happy to travel domestically and internationally **Ngā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return:** * $40ph - $50ph (depending on experience) * Temporary contract (12 months+) * Opportunity to travel domestically and internationally **Me aha koe ināianei | What you need to do now:** Send your CV to katy.bird@hays.net.nz or call 021459391 for more information
