We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant who is part creator, part ideas person, part organisational glue. You’ll work directly with our Global Brand Manager out of a Dunedin co-working space, helping to build the most interesting content platform in the architecture and design industry. What you'll do: - Help run our podcast end to end. Guest coordination, prep, publishing and distribution - Turn long conversations into articles, newsletters and short-form video - Keep the marketing engine moving. Events calendar, website, reports, decks and more - Co-ordinate with our global teams on ad-hoc projects - Support major campaigns like our annual Salary Guide and research reports - Use data and instinct to work out what’s landing and what’s falling flat - Come up with bold ideas and test them You're perfect if: - You understand how modern platforms work - You’re an ideas person - You can edit video, write copy, and spot a good format when you see one - You're not scared of data but you run on instinct. - You like wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you go If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
