We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Platform Manager to join our eCommerce team! Key Responsibilities: * Play a critical role in leading the smooth, effective, and commercially successful operation of all eCommerce websites, including but not limited to Lifepharmacy.co.nz and Unichem.co.nz. * Ensure that digital projects, promotional activity, and technical changes are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with business objectives. * Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Fulfilment, IT, and Merchandise teams to drive revenue growth, maintain operational excellence, and ensure a seamless customer experience. * Take ownership of delivery outcomes, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement What You Bring: * 1-2 years' experience in an eCommerce or technical role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment. * Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and technical fluency. * Ability to plan and manage multiple streams of work. * Ability to lead QA processes and represent the eCommerce function in cross-functional forums.
