Now, we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as Head of Drive Thru. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the future of our drive thru experience, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service for both our Retail and Trade customers. About the Role: As our Head of Drive Thru, you'll be the heartbeat of our drive-thru yard, leading a team of up to 15 people to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where operational excellence, customer focus, communication and team development are key. You'll be responsible for: * Leading and motivating the drive thru team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. * Ensuring smooth and efficient stock management and order picking operations. * Driving process improvements and maintaining high operational standards. * Building strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers. * Creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment. We're after someone who: * Has solid experience in the building or trade industry. * Is a natural leader with excellent communication and people skills. * Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and forklift operation. * Is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering results.
