In this role, you will be responsible for: * Driving both individual and store-wide sales and KPI targets * Inspiring and motivating the team daily by fostering a positive culture and ensuring exceptional customer service * Managing in-store promotions and overseeing visual merchandising * Handling HR functions, including performance management and recruitment * Supporting the manager with all administrative tasks such as rostering, reporting, stocktakes, and stock management **What will you bring?** You will bring a high level of professionalism with a natural ability to inspire and lead a team by working alongside them and setting an example.
