This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be involved in everything from driving sales to creating a great in-store experience for customers. Key responsibilities include: * Leading and motivating a team of up to 10 staff * Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs * Delivering exceptional customer service and building loyal customers * Coaching and developing team members on the shop floor * Supporting stock control, merchandising and store presentation * Assisting with rostering, reporting and day-to-day store operations What We're Looking For * 3+ years of retail experience, including leadership, ideally within apparel/volume retail * A fun, positive and energetic personality * A strong focus on customer service and team culture * Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment * A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive results * Full NZ Working Rights Apply Now, if you enjoy retail, love leading people and want to be part of a supportive and energetic team — we would love to hear from you.
