We are looking for an experienced, dynamic 2IC who can support the Manager, train and drive our team to deliver a great customer experience in our Richmond store. You will need to have strong administrative/team management skills, to drive the team to achieve KPIs and ensuring excellent customer service. Richmond is a great store in our Acquisitions portfolio, very busy, recently renovated as it was moved to a new location within the mall, which is undergoing a massive expansion. We are well established in the region with a very loyal customer base and high brand awareness. We provide excellent support with an experienced Manager/Visual Merchandiser who has been with us for several yrs Are you passionate about retail and love working as part of a team?
