We are looking for an experienced, dynamic 2IC who can support the Manager, train and drive our team to deliver a great customer experience in our Hornby store. You will need to have strong administrative/team management skills, to drive the team to achieve KPIs and ensuring excellent customer service. Hornby is a great store in our Chch portfolio, it is a busy store, well established in the region with a very loyal customer base and high brand awareness. We provide excellent support with an experienced Manager/Visual Merchandiser. Are you passionate about retail and love working as part of a team?
