We have two sites here Manaia Road and Midhirst that gives a fantastic way to really get to know the business and to catapult your Ballance career. We aren't going to sugarcoat it...our Service Centre Operators work hard! We supply fertiliser to help farmers feed the country and this can bring with it a challenging work environment. A typical day will include: * Processing customer orders and inquiries - checking accuracy and fixing up any anomalies * Loader and forklift operation including maintenance * Fixed plant operation * Ensuring the site operates safely with regular maintenance checks * Interacting with customers and colleagues and having a laugh! Please note: There may be the occasional time where we may need you to be available to help out in other operations so flexibility is important.
