We pride ourselves on our ability to understand each customer's individual needs, with knowledgeable advice at all stages of the servicing process. The Opportunity You will be scheduling bookings and ensuring that our customers understand what is going to happen to their vehicle. You'll also make sure that our Technicians know what is required for the day whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met.
