What you'll be doing: * Customer Service: Creating service bookings, updating clients on their vehicles, and handling phone and email inquiries with a friendly attitude. * Data & Accuracy: Managing data entry, processing invoices, keeping customer records accurate, and handling daily paperwork. * Workshop Coordination: Scheduling updates and helping the service team stay organized and on track day-to-day.
