About the Role We're looking for a Resident Services Representative to be the go-to person for our Independent Living residents — providing support, building relationships, and ensuring that each day runs smoothly in our vibrant retirement village. This is a front-facing role where your empathy, initiative, and outstanding customer service skills will shine. From coordinating welfare visits to supporting village events and offering a warm welcome to residents and visitors alike — you'll play a key part in helping our community thrive. Roster Permanent full-time | 40 hours/week Thursday to Monday | 2:30pm-10:30pm Must be available to work public holidays if rostered. What You'll Be Doing * Welcoming new and returning residents with warmth and professionalism * Conducting resident inductions and welfare checks * Responding to resident requests and delivering optional services (e.g. room service, transport assistance) * Assisting with social and hospitality events on site * Coordinating on-site transport in the resident buggy * General admin and first response duties (first aid certification required) * Maintaining accurate resident data and promoting a safe and caring environment What We're Looking For * Customer service superstar - from healthcare, hospitality, retail or admin * Kind, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys working with older people * Calm and professional under pressure * Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication * Comfortable with technology and admin systems * Current First Aid Certificate + full NZ driver's licence * Physically fit - you'll be on the move often Why Join Us?
