We are looking for someone with strong communication and de-escalation skills who thrives on interacting with a wide variety of people. Customer Services Officer This is a full time roll in a small customer services team based in Cromwell, you will be providing excellent customer service for both external and internal customers by receiving and responding to all enquiries and requests whether by electronic means, telephone or over the counter, receiving and processing payments, and providing additional administration support to the organisation.
