




This brand-new role supports front desk and swim school operations. You'll be the first point of contact and the person who makes every visit special for the Cromwell Pool. What You'll Do: *Welcome Everyone *Greet patrons with warmth and professionalism *Handle enquiries about programmes, memberships, and services *Answer phones, emails, and walk-in questions efficiently *Run the Front Desk *Process transactions (cash, EFTPOS, bookings) accurately *Maintain records of sales and customer interactions *Keep reception clean, organized, and stocked *Manage Envibe and retail stock control Know Your Stuff *Build product knowledge to promote programmes and memberships *Help customers find what they need *Assist with promotional activities Support the Team *Monitor patron behaviour and flag safety concerns *Follow emergency procedures *Work with swim teachers, lifeguards, and supervisors *Attend staff meetings and training Hours of Work This role is scheduled Monday to Friday, 11.15 am to 7.45 pm.
