Ideally you have a passion for learning, have exceptional customer service skills and are comfortable with getting hands on with the equipment. Experience and/or knowledge of small engines would be an advantage. Your productivity and can-do attitude will be the winning formula. You will be responsible for: Based in the showroom, you will liaise with our customers both face to face and over the phone regarding the purchase of new outdoor power equipment, as well as taking details of repair work to be done by our workshop team. You will be also responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the showroom including showroom presentation, promotions and managing seasonal changes alongside the Store Manager. We are open 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and during the busier seasons there will be some Saturday mornings.
