Summary: This role supports vegetation management by issuing notifications, communicating with stakeholders, responding to customer queries, and providing administrative assistance to the Delivery team. Opportunity for professional growth and development The Role: The Customer Admin Support role is responsible for supporting the vegetation management program, primarily through issuing notifications to vegetation owners and discussing required outcomes with external stakeholders. The role will also provide administrative support to the wider Delivery team. The Customer Admin Support is also responsible for generating customer notices while ensuring all details are accurate and clear, while also being the first point of contact for vegetation related queries.
