Our Service Centre is the engine room behind it all and this role is key to making it work. **About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga** A Day Full of Purpose, People and Problem-Solving. You’ll play a key part in coordinating care and support for clients, ensuring services are set up smoothly and delivered when they’re needed most. Your day may involve managing new referrals, supporting clients over the phone, assisting Support Workers with schedules, working with funders and responding to last-minute roster changes. This is a busy, people-focused role where you’ll juggle priorities, solve problems and work closely with your team to keep services running smoothly. You’ll be part of a supportive environment where communication, collaboration and care are at the heart of everything you do. Most importantly, you’ll make a genuine difference by helping people receive the support they need to live well at home. This is a full time permanent position - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm based in our Albany office in Auckland. Responsibilities include - Be the go-to person for clients, whānau, support workers and funders. - Solving problems and making things happen. - Coordinate care services to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time. - Manage calls and enquiries with confidence, empathy and efficiency. - Jump in to cover roster changes and last-minute gaps and keeping everything running smoothly. - Set up new clients and keep systems accurate, organised and up to date. - Work closely with clinical teams to deliver high-quality, seamless care. - Build strong relationships with everyone you work with internally and externally. - Spot opportunities to improve how things are done and add real value. **What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūrang** - Experience in a call centre, coordination or customer service role (health or community sector is a bonus but not nessessary) - Confidence using systems and picking up new tech quickly - Strong communication skills: you’re clear, calm and great on the phone - Natural problem-solving ability and the resilience to think on your feet - Great organisation skills, you can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball - A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in - Genuine care for people and a desire to make a difference Apply now and be part of something meaningful. **How to apply | Me pēhea ki te tono** Please apply via our website with your CV and a cover letter. **Only applications submitted through the website will be considered. **Applications close | Te katinga o tēnei whai tūranga: 10th July 2026 - we are recruiting for our 29th June and 20th July Induction intakes.** Only suitable candidates will be contacted for interview and applications will be reviewed as they are received, therefore resulting in the role closing early if the right applicant is found. **Applicants for this position must be a NZ Resident/Citizen or have a valid NZ work permit.**
