This full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, involves directly reporting to Store Management and leading a dedicated team. What You Can Expect in This Role: * Plan and run daily and afternoon replenishment so the shop always opens looking perfect. * Keep stock rotated, clearly labelled and presented so every product is easy to find and looks great. * Lead, train and roster your crew to deliver smooth, reliable shifts and a positive, can-do culture. * Coordinate with Inwards and Store Management to prioritise tasks and reduce lead times. * Monitor inventory, flag discrepancies and support Store Management with stock investigations to keep numbers accurate. * Maintain a clean, safe backroom and shop floor in line with health and safety standards.
