We're currently looking for a Driver / CIP Wash Operator to join our Marlborough-based operation, supporting the local wine industry. This is a hands-on, varied role combining local driving with tank washing (CIP) duties - ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment. Driving Responsibilities * Operating our fleet for local bulk wine pick-ups * Safe loading, securing, and transportation of wine tanks * Maintaining your truck to an immaculate standard * Communicating professionally with customers and the team * Always putting customer service first * Working safely and efficiently within a small, close-knit team Tank Washing (CIP) Responsibilities * Learning and supporting the day-to-day operation of the CIP tank wash * Carrying out tank cleaning to required quality and safety standards * Completing basic data entry using tablets or computers We're looking for someone who: * Holds a Class 4 licence (Class 5 preferred) * Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work * Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their presentation * Communicates clearly and professionally * Is reliable, safety-focused, and customer-driven * Has basic computer or tablet skills (or is willing to learn) * Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team Experience in bulk liquids, wine transport, or CIP operations is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right person.
