Working with subject matter experts and the wider Learning and Development team, you’ll design blended learning programmes, eLearning modules, and resources that help our teams grow their skills and keep safety at the centre of everything we do.  This role is based in Auckland with some travel required. You’ll play a key part in developing innovative solutions that strengthen workforce capability and contribute to KiwiRail’s long-term success.  Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring  We’re looking for someone who can bring creativity, collaboration, and technical know-how to our team. You will have:  At least three years’ experience in blended learning design  Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design  Experience designing interactive learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud  Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working confidently with stakeholders at all levels  A safety-first mindset and a team-focused approach  Qualifications:  Required: Training and/or Adult Education/Learning qualification  Desirable: Tertiary qualification in instructional design or related discipline  Nōu te rourou | What’s in it for you  When you join KiwiRail, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference to New Zealand’s future.
