Supportive team culture with strong leadership and clinical backup. * Part-time hours * Consistent hours and regular days off * $24.35 - $29.54 per hour (depending on qualifications)  About the Role We're looking for a compassionate and reliable part-time Support Worker to join our residential team in Kaiapoi, supporting people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, warm, and home-like environment. This is a relationship-based role where you'll have the time and support to truly get to know the people you support. Your day will include a mix of practical assistance and meaningful connection, such as: * Supporting daily routines (shopping, meal preparation, household tasks) * Providing personal care respectfully and safely * Supporting community activities and outings * Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing  Whether you're already experienced in disability support or looking to build a long-term career in the sector, we'd love to hear from you. About You Ideally, you'll have a NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 2) or equivalent, however we welcome applications from people who share our values and are willing to train.
