In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whānau be the best they can be. **He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role** Join our vibrant 12-bed Kilbirnie residential service as a Casual Support Worker. You'll provide support, ensuring a safe and calm environment for Tangata Whaiora. We're seeking a reliable, empathetic team player with strong computer skills, flexibility for extra shifts, and willingness to help with cleaning and other support tasks. As a casual team member, you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts, supporting tāngata whaiora to build life skills, maintain wellbeing, and participate in their communities. Every day you’ll contribute to meaningful outcomes and positive change. You must be willing to work all shift patterns including wakeover. We have 3 Casual Support Worker roles available. **He kōrero mōu | About You** We're looking for someone who's positive, adaptable, and compassionate. You'll bring your enthusiasm and empathy to the table, inspiring Tangata Whaiora to realise their potential. With your warm, professional approach, you'll easily build trust while keeping strong boundaries.
