This role is fixed term for up to 12 months.** **What you'll be busy with:** * providing excellent customer service to our internal customers - the SBS Bank branch network, and members, through a centralised administrative support service * liaising with solicitors to ensure there is an understanding and acceptance of SBS requirements * actioning requests from external parties * providing problem solving for some SBS Bank procedures and system related issues * building collaborative working relationships with all customers and with your team members. **What you'll bring:** * competency with MS Word, and MS Excel * previous experience in a banking or financial environment would be an advantage but is not a requirement * excellent organisational skills and the ability to cope with urgent and sudden changes in workflow * initiative, enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads * be a team player and most importantly you will align with our Values: Own It, Do What's Right, One Team, We're with you These roles are a pathway to a career in Banking and may also be suitable for a Commerce Graduate.
