At SBS, we truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whānau and communities flourish as a result. **To help us with this, we are searching for a Customer Care Consultant to join our Contact Centre Team based in Invercargill on a full-time basis.** **What you'll be busy with:** * growing and retaining our member base by delivering personalised customer experiences * being one of the helpful, friendly voices of the Bank on the phone, welcoming our customers and actioning their requests quickly and efficiently * providing amazing financial advice, connecting our customers' financial needs with the right products and services * being a tech guru for customers and helping them transition to and utilise digitial tools **What you'll bring:** * passion for helping Kiwis achieve their financial goals and providing an exceptional level of service * interest in the financial industry, and a desire to further your own skills by gaining your qualification in the NZ Certificate of Financial Services (Level 5).
