Opportunity to grow your career in mortgage broking and financial services Client Manager – Mortgage Broking We’re seeking an organised, customer-focused Client Manager to support our mortgage broking team and deliver an exceptional client experience from application through to settlement. This is a pivotal role working closely with advisers, lenders and clients to ensure loan applications are handled smoothly, compliantly and efficiently. About the role As Client Manager, you will: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the home loan journey - Provide clear, timely updates and respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy - Assist advisers with preparing, submitting and tracking loan applications - Collect, verify and manage client documentation in line with lender and regulatory requirements - Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals and settlements - Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and broker platforms - Support compliance checks, file maintenance and audit readiness - Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency About you You’ll be someone who: - Is highly organised with strong attention to detail - Communicates clearly and builds rapport with ease - Manages multiple priorities confidently and independently - Has a strong customer-centric mindset and takes pride in quality service - Values compliance, accuracy and ethical standards - Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team Skills & experience - Background or qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field (preferred) - Understanding of home loan products and lending processes - Experience in mortgage broking, banking or financial services (advantageous but not essential) - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office - Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable, not essential) Why join us? - Varied, hands-on role with real impact on client outcomes - Supportive team environment with experienced advisers - Opportunity to grow your career in mortgage broking and financial services - Based in Hamilton with long-term career potential Apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the role and why you want to join this fast growing team!
