Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities. Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaning supervisor to become part of our team at Rangiora NZ! This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers. Part time position available. With shifts as follows: Monday-Friday: 4:00AM-6:30AM Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a small team of cleaners Effective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met. Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Assigning duties, conducting spot checks, and ensuring task completion. Supporting staff with guidance and mentorship. Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store. Meet rotations and KPI's for our client site. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Respond to client requests and feedback Maintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when required Recruit and onboard new team members Taking immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards. About You: *Strong cleaning experience is required. *Experience in supervising and managing a tea, *Excellent communication skills (oral and written) *Good organizational and time-management skills. *Good client management skills. *Ability to train and mentor staff effectively. *Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. *Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures. *Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. *Basic computer and phone application knowledge. *Ability to verify certain requirements. *Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering. *Must have FULL NZ Driver License to use ride-on cleaning equipment. *Has reliable transportation, as there are no busses available. *Must be 18 Plus – due to Health & Safety policies. *All communications including training and health & safety instructions are in English only.
