Summary: Seeking an experienced structural steel installer to work on industrial sites, responsible for installing steel components and reading basic plans. Highlights: 1. Install structural steel with a 30T Crane on industrial sites 2. Install purlins, bridging, rod bracing & fly braces from EWPs 3. Opportunity to work on buildings under construction The Role * Working with a crew to install structural steel with a 30T Crane on mostly industrial sites. * Installing from EWP's - purlins, bridging, rod bracing & fly braces * Reading of basic drawings and plans * Attaching sling equipment to load to be lifted. * Erecting structural steel on buildings under construction. Your Profile * Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in New Zealand/Australia. * Good communication with ground staff and operators. * Current EWP and working with heights preferred (we can assist if required) * Rigging license preferred but not essential. * Full unrestricted working rights in New Zealand.
