The Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the dynamic team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day engineering support on active construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with construction crews and be involved in all aspects of project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Provide engineering support and guidance on live construction sites
- Conduct quality control checks and testing
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Problem-solve technical challenges as they arise on site
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Site Engineer in construction (essential)
- Hands-on construction site experience - this role is not suitable for candidates with only client-side or consultancy backgrounds
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
