You like the idea of a fast-paced, high-volume environment with plenty of camaraderie and banter along the way. Your responsibilities would be to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen on a shift by shift basis, assisting the Head Chef with training other team members, menu development and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen (among other tasks).
