As a full-time Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high-quality food is delivered to our customers. What you'll be doing... *Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day management and operations of the kitchen *Be organised to ensure a smooth running service of high quality. *Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation *Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations *Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests What we're looking for... *Minimum 1 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment *Strong knowledge of food preparation *Creative flair and a passion for food *Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude *Food safety certification and knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations *Reliability, weekend & summer availability along with a "can do" attitude and team player.
