Pay rate is negotiable and is based on skill and experience. You understand New Zealand building regulations and requirements fully • Organised: You will turn up with the tools and skills required to do your job efficiently • Experience: You can read plans and set out first fix building works. You can work with various cladding types and understand cavity requirements for each. You have the skills to be neat and tidy when working with doors and finish lines • Have reliable transport.
