WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Builder to join our team. In this crucial role, you will oversee and execute construction projects from inception to completion. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING *Working with and reporting to the Project Manager *Running/co running multiple building sites *Holding weekly site meetings *Managing H&S and onsite systems *Delivering projects to schedule *Liaising with suppliers and sub-trades *Dissecting plans and problem-solving where necessary *Accurately calculating, ordering, and reconciling materials *Leading and motivating a team to produce excellent results REQUIREMENTS *4+ years experience in the building industry *Experience in both renovations and new builds - you will be on the tools! *Full NZ Driver’s License *NZ Trade Certification *Strong leadership and interpersonal skills *High attention to detail and problem-solving ability *Clear and confident communication *Reliability, punctuality, loyalty and a strong work ethic *A very high level of workmanship TO APPLY Please submit both a cover letter and CV.
