The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Carpenters and Site Managers with framing, formwork, fit-outs, and general construction duties, reading and interpreting site plans and instructions, using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized job site Requirements: * Must have minimum 2 years' experience as a hammer hand on a commercial or residential site * Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. * Basic tool set * Good knowledge of tools, materials, and basic construction techniques * Site Safe (or relevant safety certification) * Reliable transport and strong work ethic Work Conditions: * Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Manual labour including lifting, bending, and use of tools is required.
